Our answer to why the fees?:
We try to keep each individual item at the lowest price we possibly can.
We charge the extra fees to help cover the appropriate expenses. Shipping supplies have risen.
This way we do not have to raise the prices on all our stitching items for all of our customers.
It takes more time to process international orders and PayPal orders.
It also takes just as much time to process the smaller orders as it does the larger orders.

US Shipping - flat rate options You may choose the methods below if you think your items will fit in these envelopes or boxes. The Flat rate in most instances is the best choice.
Priority Flat Rate Envelope: Yes> Envelope size: 9-1/2 X 12-1/2 inches. Rate is $4.60, regardless of weight or destination in US for items mailed in the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope provided by the Postal Service.
Priority Flat Rate Box: < Yes $8.95 Available in two sizes: Box One: 11-7/8 x 3-3/8 x 13-5/8 inches (ideal for garments, board games, books and other relatively thin items). Box Two: 11 x 8-1/2 x 5-1/2 inches (perfect for shoes, model cars and taller items). Rate is $8.10, regardless of weight or destination in US for items mailed in the Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes provided by the Postal Service.

Flat Rate Global Priority Envelope $11.50 <Yes Envelope size: 9-1/2 X 12-1/2 inches. Rate is $9.50, regardless of weight for items mailed in the Flat Rate Global Priority Envelope provided by the Postal Service. (This only pertains to areas the accept Global Priority)

**Shipping will be calculated with the appropriate shipping charges. You are charged EXACT shipping. Your credit card will NOT be processed until the package is weighed and the appropriate postage assessed.

Shipping: We charge exact shipping plus the cost of delivery confirmation ($.75) First Class - Priority (free delivery confirmation unless there is an incomplete address - then $.75 and no guarantee) . If no preference is indicated -Priority Mail is used. An estimated shipping will be indicated on your invoice. Exact shipping is adjusted on your account after shipment.

Foreign Orders: Exact shipping plus we require that all packages be registered at your cost. Foreign orders must be prepaid in US funds. If you are mailing an order, estimate the shipping fees high. If the actual shipping is lower than you have estimated, a merchandise credit will be in your account. Foreign orders are not guaranteed. Once the order has been shipped, there is no way to track the order. It is your responsibility – no credit is issued for lost orders.

Credit information request forms: Credit requests from other companies for private or business, will be completed simply by stating that they are or are not a customer.
