Actual Shipping  will be applied when order is sent.
International orders add $10 to the rates above for handling/extra shipping fees plus the $9.50 for registered Mail.  US Funds Only. Any overpayment of shipping charges will be refunded as a merchandise credit.
Underpayment of shipping charges must be remitted upon receipt of merchandise. 
Please enclose a check or money order for your order and the estimated shipping charges or provide us with a valid Visa or Master Card Number.  
If you are unable to print out this order form you can just write out  your order on a lined piece of paper.  Please include the color of the fabric or the weight of thread, and the item numbers as best you can.  

If you are emailing me your order, do not try to put your order into columns.  For some reason cyber traveling and columns do NOT work.  Just type your order in paragraph form.   Leave plenty of spaces between items. Please make your type face at 14 points. (Bifocals and computer screens are not compatible.)

If I have any questions I will email or call you.  Please make your order as complete as possible to help me keep from making an inadvertent errors.
